four hours of sleep. really bad heartbun that tums nor milk could help. and super nauseous. and I work in an hour... im screwed...

I'm havin some contractions that are about 20 minutes apart and lasting 3 minutes. It's been pretty consistent for almost 2 hours. Is this the beginning of labor? My doctor said if I had 6 in an hour to go to L&D but I only had 4 in an hour. I'm 32 weeks with twins.

Opinions on hungrier baby milk? My girl is drinking well over 30 oz in 24 hours. I tried her with water inbetween feeds but she just won't settle in till she has milk as she's hungry not thirsty. She's awake like 18 hours a day 😭
@eeniemeenie5683, Zantac is amazing. I have to take one every night or I will get no sleep and will end up throwing up and feeling like crap the next day.
