My boobs hurt sooo bad. I knew they would become engorged but after what the Dr said I'm worried about my implants from my breast augmentation 3 years ago... Plus they are so tight he is struggling to latch on. Help! I have tried expressing milk, ice packs, nursing...

@odixiedelight, did that this morning but I swear it's like it fills back up faster than I can empty them

Stand in the shower with hot water running spraying on them and try expressing in the shower. It worked wonders for me when I became engorged. Hope that helps you

I got a hand pump today which seems to help a lot and between feedings in the last 5 hours or so I have pumped 6oz. I think this will help save my breasts lol @odixiedelight
