I don't think so. I had my shower at 27 weeks. That gave me plenty time to wash the clothes do returns and spend my gift cards on things we didn't get!

I did mine soon as I found out I was pregnant since we were waiting to find out gender. now that we know the gender I just add stuff to it

I did my registries as soon as we found out what we were having! It was so exciting and I could wait. lol

No it's not I made mine when I was 6 months along. I don't think it matters when you do it.
