does anyone have any idea how I can help my poor little boys congestion? he's got a runny/boogery nose and one eye is weepy at times. he can't seem to get comfortable unless I'm cuddling/nursing him but I can't do that while I'm at work.

Infant Tylenol and one drop of baby saline spray in each nostril , then suction it all out. Warm bath with either lavender baby bath or a couple drops of lavender oil and humidifiers.

if he's got a cold that helps alot. when my little man wakes up like that i do that n hes better that same day 😀 but idk have check temperature?
