I'm a first time mother, but not a first time mommy, and I did want to have a boy first, but since my husband already has a boy, I didn't care if it was a boy or a girl, because either way they'll always have a big brother. I love my son and I know he'll be a great big brother to his new little sister :) But I want to have a boy in another 2-3 years.

I didn't care either way as long as it was a healthy baby. everyone kept saying it was a girl but ended up a boy & I'm very excited!! :)

Up until the gender revealing, I proclaimed I didn't care but once I found out I was having a boy, I did feel sad about it. I kept thinking about how I wouldn't be able to play dress up or attempt braiding her hair. But then I realized, I can be knee deep in Legos with my little guy and I got over it. My partner definitely wanted a girl but ultimately he just cares about having a healthy baby.

I've wanted a girl but I reality I didn't! I've always had deeper connections with my boy students they are the sweetest!

That's how I was. this is my first and I did want a girl but I know how hard it would be so I'm happy with a healthy boy.
