When did you guys know to start baby food? Alauras 4 months tomorrow, she holds her head up and sits up fine in a chair or being assisited, she's eyeballing everyone's food!

She's been getting ceral in her bottle since like a week old, idk if that counts or not though

I started at 5 months because she wasn't tongue thrusting, and showed lots of interest. She's always been a great eater!

I think I started at 4 months though maybe 41/2 but I'd as to be sure

I started at 5 1/2 months. They recommend 6 months because that's when babies are for sure able to swallow correctly without choking, with the purée food.

I say that if she takes it good, then go ahead 👍 my mom started feeding me food at 3 months haha
