@kcal I was thinking I was going to take it but just the night before I work because I work 7am-7pm (3shifts) and can't ever get to sleep those nights.. Idc if I can't sleep the other nights lol

I do! Not every night just when I feel I'm going to need it and it works for me

I take a Tylenol PM when I have insomnia problems. Doesn't make me as drowsy the next day as unison

I used to take unisom but I felt like after I used it awhile I had to have it to fall asleep

I have tried Benadryl but I still wake up 1-2 times a night

Tylenol pm or Tylenol 3

I also got Okay for benadryl but it doesn't work :( @valdeztwinsmom

benadryl is what my Dr said to take

i do and it helps me fall asleep really good
