Are 30 min naps during the day plus 5-6 hours of sleep at night okay for a 2.5 month old baby? With a total of 13-14 hours a day of sleep. I find this very little sleep, but i don’t know what else to do. :(

Trigger. Our precious boy Last night, December 8th, 2015, at 9:58pm, our sweet precious baby boy was born sleeping. We spent 5 wonderful hours with him: holding him, talking to him, singing to him, mourning him, praying for him, and weeping over him.

I used to take unisom but I felt like after I used it awhile I had to have it to fall asleep

I take a Tylenol PM when I have insomnia problems. Doesn't make me as drowsy the next day as unison

@kcal I was thinking I was going to take it but just the night before I work because I work 7am-7pm (3shifts) and can't ever get to sleep those nights.. Idc if I can't sleep the other nights lol
