why do i have such bad anxiety??? i dunno why i feel this way...i feel like if i talk about it i feel better but then it comes back... the meds im taking i guess have not quite kicked in yet...i feel like a wanna smoke a cigarette! and i dont smoke...i dunno what to do....😔

Why can't other mom's just be there for other mom's and work together and help each other not bash other mom's because when other mom's bash other mom's it makes us feel like we aren't doing a good job at least that's how I feel when I get bashed.
