@lovemykai, yeah he's a joke I told my husband about the screw driver part and even he was like wtf. lol and some of the guys do work hard like the real feel here for today and the past couple of days has been in the 100s and I feel so bad for him and the guys he works with but they all work hard and get in trouble if their customer satisfaction surveys are low. Idk how it works if you work for actual directv vs being a contractor like my husband but it can't be that much different. I'm sorry you had such an awful experience.

Well I'm not usually a complainer or a bitch and I do give credit to ppl who work on weekends, my husband works two jobs. It's just frustrating when someone says something but then does another... You know? Yeah then this guy had the NERVE to tell direct tv " if you can put me at all 10's that would be great" cause they call you and ask how the guy did and I was furious. That guy was a JOKE! @ftm0903

@lovemykai, I hate seeing these post bc my husband works for directv well he's a contractor for them here in Alabama. seriously the guy left his screw driver at his previous job?! he could have come up with a better excuse than that. my husband has Idk how many damn screw drivers in his tool box! some guys really shouldn't be doing installs. especially if they only have one screw driver lol that guy will get charged for being late.

I know 😤😤 I got invited to go to the beach and couldn't even go because this idiot took forever! AND right now he mentioned he forgot his screw driver at the precious job! Wth !?!? I called and made a complaint. Got $20 credited to my acct. @meganeileen6

ugh its seriously so annoying! they already give you a 4 hour time window and show up right before that's about over
