Everyone is making me feel like a bad mother for wanting to go home to clean and buy the things I didn't get yet for the baby because I can still stay another day in the hospital while he stays I'm the nursery for observation. Like I'm going to be coming back, I just really need to get these things done...I just had major surgery why is this such a bad thing to do?

It's ok for you to do these things regardless it's no one business what you do with your child
I think its because once you leave the hospital your discharged and can't come back to stay over night once you leave you leave and can just come to see your baby
You're not wrong for wanting everything to be clean & ready for her when it's time to bring her home. But... Are you ok to do those things? I mean, do you physically feel up to it after your surgery?
@shortiebs, I already had the baby. he is just in need of things I didn't think I would need so I need to go and get them.
