But try to get ammonia free dye also

I dyed my hair 3 different times in my first trimester and gonna be dying it again in the next week. As long as your in a ventilated area your fine

Lol, no. My doctor gave me the ok a long time ago. She said that's a "myth" but she did say don't go over board or excessively color it. As you can see my hair is fire red ☺️ *disclaimer* I am not a doctor, just letting u kno what MY doctor said 😜

As long as you're out of your first tri and do it in a well ventilated area you're good(:
