Um....what do my preggie a think of these prices for maternity and newborn picture from a local…

I don't think those prices are too outrageous at all ... But I do think that if you're booking the same photographer for maternity and newborn photos I think they should cut you some type of deal for booking them for two events vs just the one. That's guaranteed business for them ...

That's how much I paid... Only my daughter was awake the entire time she was nosy 😂 and it didn't go as planned

My kids went to her when I think my youngest was 2 and the pictures turned out really well I showed the prices to my SO and he said too expensive

I agree with @erinlynsey about the deal. A lot of photographers here offer "parent packs" which are maternity, new born and 6 month photos for around $450-500 that's 3! Sessions with cd. Edits and prints

That's a great deal since it includes a cd with all the pictures! A lot of photographer will make you order prints through them cause they make more money that way. Charging 200+ for the cd alone

@queenmother, that is why I love this photographer she takes anywhere from 100 to 300 pictures on the cd

That's a really good deal. I paid $140 for maternity photos and we got to keep 5 that's it
