Has anyone else gotten Charlie horses during pregnancy because I have and it sucks OMG it's so painful! Lol I do my best to stay hydrated and drink water all day long. What else can I do to prevent this torturing pain?

@babypina, I agree with @mickbaby it maybe the magnesium in the coconut water that stopped the cramps either way it's worked wonders for me! Check the label and see what it contains

I just told my doctor the same thing and she said its common for people to assume it's potassium but she recommended a calcium and magnesium vitamin which has worked for me!

@queenmother I'm not a fan of plain coconut water which is weird because I love coconut. however I can handle the chocolate coconut water. will that work?

Drink coconut water! It's so hydrating! It has 4x the potassium of a banana and the magnesium you need to fight those pesky Charlie horses! I drink one pretty much every day on top of my regular water intake and if I go more than a day without out they come back! I buy either vita coco or yaco brand down here because they are 100% coconut water and they have flavored ones too if you don't like the straight coconut water.

Is the Rhogam Shot at 28 Weeks Painful? Can They Avoid Belly Pokes?

Anyone else have to get the rhogam shot at 28weeks ? This will be my second time and I am dreading it because it was so painful the first time. Can they do it without poking the belly now?

I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels

olivia161 I don't get why so many people have taken offense to this?? Personally my contractions were horrific,
