ugh , I can't even enroll in this school for medical assisting. 😔 because of me being pregnant. but at least she was honest and kept it real. but , I just did all that paperwork did the master promissory note , and the entrance counseling. just for me to find out I can't attend. I'm happy I know now though. I guess I will just go back to school in the fall .

@monilovesautumn, Oh okay my bad I clearly did not no you were high risk! And never heard of that school first time. I attended Kaplan here in Dallas Texas! Well that's pretty much understandable it's always next year or whenever you are ready once you heal after the baby. Safety is important during pregnancy it makes sense.
PIMA. and idk I am high risk. idk about them other woman or you . but , I moved to a different state . and , my medical records are not out here. she told me I can still attend but it wouldn't be smart because I won't be able to attend the labs . and , since I'm dealing with blood , urine , fecal matter , I need to protect myself and my baby. and , you have to practice drawing blood. and , she also said that by me being high risk my doctor probably wouldn't allow anyone without a license or certification to draw blood on me. I'm just happy she told me because if it was everest or any other school I would have went have been mad because I wouldn't be able to go to externship. oh , and that's another thing she said. if I can't practice labs I won't be able to go to the externship. @chantebrandon
@monilovesautumn, Hmmm what school?? I went for that and there were a lot of pregnant women and when they had there baby they came back after recovering.... And I got pregnant during the program and was still able to stay... That's diff you not even that far along.
yea I was going to that program too. but they told me being high risk , and have to get all my shots which I have bit I don't have my immunization records so I can't prove it. then , it's the blood pathogens I have to worry about, she told me I wouldn't be able to go to externship and have to keep dropping out of the mod , and it would look bad on me. so she's like I need to just wait until I have the baby. because she doesn't want me to enroll and basically fail @amber.s95 @expecting2015 so , I'm just going to regular school
im going to school for medical assisting too! After i have my son I'm going to take maternity leave then start school. There is a place here that does an accelerated program so its a 9 month course.
I think that's what I'm going to do when I get out there
