Has anyone on here ever had a clogged milk duct from breastfeeding? if so how do you get rid of it? it caused a whit spot on my nipple to where milk won't come out.

lay baby on floor or bed and get on your hands and knees and nurse that way. It's a bit awkward. especially if someone walks in on you. lol.
