Thinking about having a small welcome home party for my princess when she is released from the NICU only family members. What do you guys think?

when I was pregnant with my son I ended up in the hospital before my baby shower and I was gonna have a welcome home party when we came home from the nicu but it was really cold outside and I didn't have the money to rent space. now its too late:( so yes go ahead and have one
Well it wouldn't be until after she gets out of the NICU in roughly 9 more weeks. I should be up for it by then.
I think it is a good idea! ☺️ if you have the energy I would do it to get all the visiting out of the way so you can relax when it is over otherwise it might seem like it never ends! Plus I think any reason to throw a little party is great☺️

Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?
