Other fruits (pears.apples.bananas) ok 😐
Vegetables and chicken ❌❌🚫❌ no !!
@californiahaley, well thank you I didn't know that that's something they need to mention good thing I did mostly fruits and veggies in that case
Ok that makes sense on why you do it that way ,let's say if I already started on those few ,should I start over ? Like do one at a time @californiahaley
@mrsmoore, protein like chicken, beef, fish ect basically meat proteins can be hard on their digestive tract until they're A bit older. Some kids have no issue with it other will have lots of digestive issues because it's just too hard on them so it's recommended to wait till they're at least 8 months and have been eating other solids for at least a few months
@lee0924, you do 1 food for 3-4 days to rule out allergies. So if he's allergic to say banana but you give him banana and 3 other things you have to then rule out each of those things to find the allergy. If he's only eating banana and he breaks out or something you know for sure its the banana.
@californiahaley, just curious as to why no chicken I have 2 kids 3 and 7 and third on the way and their doctor has never said this first time I've heard of it

@mrsmoore, it always shocks me as to what a lot of pedis don't mention when t comes to starting solids and other things that they just don't tell moms
