okay, I have to share. this is within 6 days.
the top picture is before, the middle is after 1 wrap, and the bottom is after 2 wraps.
I've been using the "it works" wraps, hip hop abs, drinking tons of water and eating healthy! I've lost 4 lbs in the last 6 days and 4" off my waist. I do not work for it works, I do not advertise for them, nothing. I tried this cause I was unhappy with my body and I absolutely LOVE my results so far!! I do wear the wrap overnight (the full 8 hours) and I drink 3-4 cups of water before bed and I drink about a gallon of water throughout the next day. so my honest opinions on the wraps, is yes, they work! this is after 2 c-sections!

@proud_mami87, I've never heard of waist trainer, I'll look into that! but the wraps worked for me! the key is to drink lots and lots and LOTS of water!

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls.
