My hips never hurt but I know my back kills me all the time. Like it needs to pop but won't or can't.. I'll be in tears almost. But laying flat on your back with your knees up and bent, arms out flat on the ground, and moving your legs side to side helps loosing it

Could be your uterus stretching and back pain is just one of those pains we get

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
