A bottle, no. A sippy cup maybe. If it's breast milk I understand because some people want the benefits of it but not the stigma attached to extended breastfeeding... But if a four year old is drinking a bottle of formula there might be some problems lol.
Seriously! My kid was pouring his own cups of what he wanted at 4. Lol! I did breastfeed until before he turned 5 because the doctor said if I put it in a sippy cup he can still get cavities if he fell asleep with the sippy cup in his mouth. But I'm going off subject... Lol!!

she's still drinking formula and in a diaper .. she is a family friends daughter her mother is on heroin

they didn't see anything wrong. she had two house visits and they viewed her as a fit mom
