every night my boyfriends whole body shakes like he's having a seizure than he stops he never wakes up from it . well last night he woke taking a really big deep breath like he stopped breathing he wont go to he hospital anyone know what this might be .(he weighs 289. fat and muscle

he needs to see a doctor! I do the same thing and I'm epileptic I have to take multiple medications to help.

Sleep apnea or due to his weight he could have heart problems n not know it he needs To go! I'm 31 and I have like 3/4 friends who have gone to doc and found they have serious heart issues like congestive heart failure and they are young but they don't eat right, have excess weight and don't exercise. My dtrs father has it my oldest dtr. He had to get a pace maker he still don't take care of himself n he is declining fast my mom is 70 with the same issues but he has been in the hospital more than her in a short period of time to the point where he feel like he can die any day. So even though your guy may be young he needs to take it serious !!!!!

Sleep Apnea for sure. Being that heavy is going to cause a lot of health issues. He definitely needs to see a doctor ASAP.
