Yes my doctor knows that .. It's not really that much at much at all !! I have taken that much for headaches with both of my pregnancies You can also take Benedryl ! Make sure to drink lots of water as well

@harata87, Ohhh thanks I'm going to try Benedryl I heard it also helps for sleeping which my schedule is wayyy off😩 thanks😉
