I have a Dilemma. Ok so I was going to Evansville to stay with my father for the summer, I was coming back to Chicago in late August. But now it seems I can't go because I just got my voucher application back from Iowa. I need to call her and schedule an appointment to go to Iowa to setup my section 8. Idk if I should still go to Evansville or just say fuck it and go to Iowa. Confused
