I'm cramping and I have the urge to poop. But I don't have too.... What could it be??

could be a sign labor is near. I had too poop and couldn't and had cramps dealt with it for about 4hours and I was in labor.

I'm also having a really sharp throbbing pain down there.. @saramarie09 @threekings101415
