I would try a chiropractor if you can. I have hip issues myself from running/genetics and it helps get rid of the pain immensely!

@danamarie, thank you. il try that if the er doesn't help. my mom said she has the same issues with her knee but shes had surgery on it 3 times and its from her weight. my hip has always been fine up until maybe a month ago

You can girl! I promise. I can't tell you how many times I could barely walk I was in so much pain and went to the chiro and was fine later that day. They are amazing!!!
