You need to get checked out. even if you have to call the ambulance.. your heart shouldn't be beating fast if you are not being active.. and this not the first time you then mentioned this.

hoping so, earlier i had over an hour of tight chest and feeling like I couldn't breathe... it stopped around 5:45/6 but my heart feels like its beating fast again but my breathing is normal for now
