It was a hard process for me and something I didn't want. @kenecia in the end I had my beautiful baby girl and I wouldn't change that but I would have rather done things naturally.

no matter how much you think it might happen, your eyes will not explode while you push. 😂😂 I pushed for two hours and I remember thinking that they might ! hahaha
Yayyyy mama!!!! Even though I am a first time mommy and early in my pregnancy, as a dancer I suggest not breathing to fast. You don't want to hyperventilate or pass out. Take deep inhales into your belly then as you push exhale into your bottom. That way you are getting oxygen into your lungs and prevent any strain on your hoo ha 😊😚😚😚 Good Luck!!!!
@kenecia, My labor story: Tuesday at eight I was set up to have an induction. I came in at eight and got settled in with IV and cervix softening medicine at midnight which I hate. Melissa AJ and I settled in for a long night. Marilynn would not stop moving and every time she was on the monitor she jumped off. Ten am the cervix medicine came out and I started poticin and started the process. Around ten I was 3 almost four am and I had a doctor that trigger my PTSD and I was a mess. I tried to calm down with no luck so about 1:30 am I got the epidural. By morning I was 5 cm and my water broke on its own. At noon I was fully dilated with internal monitors and started to push because of all her moving Marilynn was turned weird way which they tried to move with no luck. Then I started getting sick high Bp and fever. Her heart rate was not good. They sent me to a csection. Melissa stayed with me while AJ stayed behind. At 3:13 my 6 pound 14 oz beauty was born. She was admitted to the nicu because of my fever and when they first held her it was just beautiful to see the love they had for her. She had trouble keeping her sugar up but thankfully no infection and she is with me now. We go home tomorrow. It was a very hard labor and I tried my hardest. I'm so thankful for Dr gray for trying everything she could and for my loves Melissa and AJ for standing by my side and taking care of me. She was worth every moment and I am truly blessed.
