Waking up every hour to switch sides cause I can't sleep on one side for to long cause my hip bones…

@ce5ce, it's like,, when you sleep on your shoulder wrong. But in my hip. And I know I'm not sleeping wrong on both sides every single time

I used lots of pillows, mainly between my knees to even out the widening of my hips. I also put pillows in front of me and behind to help keep my spine straight. I didn't have a body pillow but lots of pillows in the right place worked for me

It's just from having to lay on it a certain way for so long during your pregnancy. It won't go away until baby...not much you can do either besides pillows or Tylenol pm once in awhile

Just your hips starting to spread mine started about 29 weeks my daughter is breached right now but my hips are killing me! So is my back lol. Sleep is a real issue right niw

@doodiemo, it's when the baby's head is like up by your chest instead of down in your hips. My son is sitting butt down with his head in my ribs and feet by his face

This happened To me my first pregnancy and it never stopped. When not pregnant I can last longer or one hip but still after a while I have to switch sides due to pain

@gabrielsmommy2015, in every ultrasound, my babies head has been down. Even at 8 weeks

So was mine.. In all 4 scans... I just had my 3D ultrasound on July 5 and he's breech now. I'm almost 32 weeks.
