I don't know why my throat gets really dry at night the past 3 days. 😕 Does it happen to anyone…

Me too.. But that's bc while I'm sleeping I breathe through my mouth bc my nose gets stuffy, I just drink a lot of water while sleeping. Idk how my brain just wakes me up to drink water

My nose he's stuffy too, @kibella22 But lately I've been ok breathing through my nose but my mouth been very dry. It's uncomfortable.

I feel u. I hate it. I don't have a remedy for it, I wish I did bc I would so be on it. The only thing that helps me is water I just drink as much as I can but I wake up a million times to pee 😑.

I am going through the same thing and yes, drinking water throughout the night helps but oh how I loathe the getting up to pee a million and 1 times a night

Yes! I always feel like I am soooo thirsty no matter how much I drink!
