My 6 week post partum appointment is this Tuesday. I'm having anxiety about talking to my doctor about my anxiety that I have. esp at night when my husband leaves for work. Is he just gonna chalk it up to hormones or will he give me something to help? I've struggled with anxiety since I was 8 years old. And having a baby and having to be by myself at night just makes it so much worse. :(
