❔❓❔Question❓❔❓
Do any of you ladies have any recommendations on a good but affordable belly binders after C-section? My Dr told me he doesn't recommend me wearing one but I really want my belly to go down. Amazon has a lot of them just not sure on what size I would need and scared to get one and waste my money!

I don't think he said it to avoid risks or anything, he said pretty much to let my stomach go down on its own and to eat right. The hospital here doesn't provide them but wrapping yourself after giving birth has been around for ages my grandmas grandma probably did it. ha

thanks ladies. I'm just gonna have to try one off of amazon and pray it works. I look at the reviews on them and some women say they run smaller so hopefully I get lucky and get the right size. lol

@jessica.faith1315, I got mine on Amazon too. I got the one that was a nursing tank top with a built in belly band. It was exactly what I needed... I still use it and I don't nurse my daughter anymore. I paid 22 for it.
