So several have asked and I'm okay sharing my story. I have been pregnant once before and miscarried at 4 weeks due to lack of progesterone. I am, as of today, 8 weeks pregnant with twins. It's been 8 years since my miscarriage and my hubby and I have been together 4 years. We have never prevented pregnancy. I have pcos as well as endometriosis and my husband also had some male factor fertility issues. Through testing with an IVF doctor we also found out I had polyps in my uterus. We completed our first round of IVF and now have this amazing pregnancy!! We never thought it possible but through family support and prayers God found a way and we have 2 little blessings coming in February!! Ladies, please NEVER give up!! Don't let your doctor tell you it's impossible!! If you aren't getting the help you feel you should from your doctor, do not hesitate to seek help else where!! Seeing an IVF specialist also doesn't mean that you have to do IVF. We went for a consultation and found it our options. With all of our factors we decided this was the best option for us. And don't hesitate to ever get a second opinion from a specialist either!! Do not give up, and the fight will be worth it!! I was 6 weeks pregnant with twins and an ultrasound to confirm before I would take my home pregnancy test. I was terrified of a BFN! I got a BFP and I cried for an hour! Don't give up ladies, your baby is waiting for his/her/their Mommy.

That's so wonderful! We have a lot in common. I have endometriosis too and my hubby and I required IVF because of my diagnosis and his genetic issues. They also found out I had a polyp through IVF testing. I had surgery to remove it and I'm all set for my embryo transfer in a week. You are so right! I am a nurse and truly believe in the mind body connection. You have to stay positive. Medicine only goes so far and then comes God! I am waiting patiently for my miracle! 😊
