I had contractions for 24 hours straight all yeasterday and in the middle of the night I called the hospital and a nurse told me dont come in until there 3 min apart for an hour straight but they were all over the place, does that mean ive dialated?

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Heartburn... going on 6 hours straight and nothing is helping other than sucking on peppermints and sitting up. I can't do this all night, I need to lay down to sleep. Luckily so far this is only my second time dealing with heartburn this whole pregnancy ❤🔥😢😖
