Does anyone smoke hookah during their pregnancy or while breastfeeding?? Austin got us a little hookah for me to smoke…

I wouldn't do it. because your still inhaling chemicals. it may not be tobacco . but I think anything you have to inhale is unhealthy. I used to have a e hookah pen. I don't even smoke lol. I don't know why u brought it. I thought it was cool , and I got the non nicotine one but I stopped because it's pointless if I don't even smoke . I wouldn't do it. but , it's ultimately up to you. 😊 good luck mama

@monilovesautumn, I'm looking at the benefits of the stream stones right now, I'm not trying to smoke the Tobacco. the chemicals are my main focus right now

do what you think is best for you hun. if you think it's something that won't harm you or the baby go for it. but , If you having second thoughts about it , I wouldn't do it.

I smoke hookah u just have to be cautious about how much other than that go for it. if u start to feel sick or weird or have second thoughts don't do it just listen to ur gut.... ur a mommy ull make the right choice hunnie :)

@monilovesautumn, thank you. I'm just doing some research on it. I mean it wouldn't kill me to wait longer to smoke it but it's something I miss doing to relax and do with Austin. And it never hurts to ask.

I load a small bowl and maybe take a few hits and I don't smoke it fast I take my time....I normally time it with a show or a movie and then take a break for a day or two then do it again. it's my stress reliever and my mommy time :)

As an Arabian and chronic hookah smoker, lol, I wouldn't at all! It's like smoking a whole pack of cigarettes in one go...

@monilovesautumn, yes ma'am it is tabacoo, covered in a think layer of more chemical to flavor it. I use to smoke it every single day sometimes even twice and I stopped cold turkey at my pregnancy news cause I know how harmful. I wouldn't, but it's her choice! 😁

I don't smoke but I looked it up on the CDC website and found this: Studies of tobacco-based shisha and “herbal” shisha show that smoke from both preparations contain carbon monoxide and other toxic agents known to increase the risks for smoking-related cancers, heart disease, and lung disease.10,11

It's totally your choice but be careful.
