I'm so lucky that I get to spend every day and night in the NICU with my princess. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome to everything. She is as low as you can go on her bubbler and she has never been intubated and is breathing room air since day one they just upped her feeding's to 4ml every 3 hours and she is doing fantastic. I am so so so very proud of her. She loves her binky and will suck on it for hours and hours. Also ladies who are breast feeding and/or pumping drink blue Gatorade I don't know why but it helps with your milk production. Also if you have a c-section walk, walk, walk and walk some more. Make sure to take the pain medicine at exactly every 4 or 8 hours depending what you are on. I went through hell because my night nurse wouldn't wake me up to give me my medicine and then it was just straight 9/10 on the pain scale. Also when you aren't walking elevate your feet higher than your chest, yes it will hurt and be uncomfortable but trust me my feet are super swollen because I didn't start that soon enough. Yes the baby blue one the results aren't instant but within 3 days of drinking it I now have enough for a full 12 hour feeding of 4ml each time and she eats now at every 2 hours!! ☺️ I swear by it. Good luck to you @proud_mommyof4!!! I hope it works just as well as it did for me.

My back pain was due to contractions, and also due to my water breaking. (Not everyone gets a gush of fluid!! Mine was very minimal leak.
I have the lactation cookies. Oatmeal and chocolate chip and they are fantastic!!! I will have to go look tomorrow and see if I can find them. @jomommaclark
Ohhhh that's right! And do they know what caused your back pain? I have yet to feel back pain only sometimes with the BH
I thick they have them in capsule firm at vitamin stores like gnc but people also add to food. look at lactation cookie recipes.

congrats! gatorade held bc it hydrates you more than water. I've heard great things about gatorade! also look into brewers yeast.

Yes it is my nurses only recommend one 8fl oz bottle a day but I swear by it now. Thank you she is such a fighter and it shows each and everyday. @tracynangel

I didn't have to have the blue light only the white one. @aregi92310 and trust me it works my boobs wouldn't do anything if I pumped or hand expressed started drinking blue Gatorade only one a day and 2 days later my milk came in full force.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
