Well then again @rylansmommy the last couple days I have noticed my hips and back being more uncomfortable and contractions are about the same. Also I'm pretty sure I'm losing parts of my mucus plug and I've been needing to use the bathroom a little more (body cleansing itself?) so maybe? idk lol

You mix it together. . Doesn't taste great I recommend just downing it so you don't taste it as much lol. From what I understand just once and if nothing happens within a few days do it again @rylansmommy

Yes... It's something a lot of the older mommies did and they usually got good results. It's 1/2 C of milk and 1/2 C of OJ.. It's supposed to start labor due to the high PH in the milk and the low PH in the orange juice... Some people it doesn't take long but I've heard it can take up to 3 days but I thought I'd give it a shot! couldn't hurt @mariceladez
