How far long do you have to be to hear it?

I am 28 weeks but I got the 2mhz which gives a better reading and I think anywhere past 14 weeks you should be able to hear heartbeat well @jossymom . I ordered it from fetaldoppler.net the pink one. with the 2mhz probe and aqua sonic gel !
