me too, I worked last night, I'm in tonight and tomorrow 😭 I work in a medical rehab centre and Respite. it's hard going x

im in the same field, carer in a residential - our current ressies are very demanding and iverly heavy (borderline nursing) and i just feel exausted constantly.

I'm glad you wrote about vitamins, about to go to work and I nearly forgot. Last one tonight😩😩😩 and then off for 5 days!
