What is the difference between acid reflex and heart burn?? When I lay down I basically start to spit up and it burns..but after it feels like my chest is burning! Maybe I have both? What can I take ? And milk is out of the question because I puke milk up for some reason!!

I had heartburn and acid reflux with my son so bad. and milk was out of the question for me too . I would try taking tums or eating popsicles

I've heard rolaids helps more. but i don't know for sure. i never got heartburn. just something to try if tums don't work.

Roland's helped me better then Tums, but the Best thing I took that helped me was Zantacs, I had heartburn & acid reflux sooooo damn bad I couldn't stand it anymore anything I ate gave it to me so try Zantacs😊

Zantac 150mg twice a day and drink cold water
