Any mommies on here eat tuna I eat a can a week, but I always seem to want more, is this normal to want to eat so much tuna, I don't want to over due it what the most you can have in a day or week?
I heard 1-2 servings a week and you will be okay, Not sure if the canned is okay or not. But the Mercury content is not good, I'm actually taking a prenatal with DHA that is algae plant based so I could avoid the Mercury content.
