canned isnt the best, the chemicals in the metal are bad, fresh tuna is good tho
I'm not really sure of the rules of tuna...but when my mom was pregnant with my brother (24 yrs ago) that's all she could keep down..
you supposed to have only 8 Oz a week . and it's only chunk lite tuna . no albacore or other tuna . you have to be careful because tuna has mercury
I heard 1-2 servings a week and you will be okay, Not sure if the canned is okay or not. But the Mercury content is not good, I'm actually taking a prenatal with DHA that is algae plant based so I could avoid the Mercury content.
