You can call your insurance provider and asked them what all you get for free or little cost and they can give you information :) if you're planning on breastfeeding I know they are required to provide a punp

breast pump some prenatal visits a probably a book on child care lol

So far I have Kaiser and all my doctor's appointment have been free, when I go and get blood drawn its $10
