Just found out my baby is beech. Going in on the 17th to try and turn him has this worked for any of you mommies? i really wanted a natural birth.
@suresti, no worries! External cephalic version, or version, is a procedure used to turn a fetus from a breech position or side-lying (transverse) position into a head-down (vertex) position before labor begins. When successful, version makes it possible for you to try a vaginal birth
what's an evc @boymama sorry its not my post but my baby is breech too so im curious
my daughter was breeched the entire time until about 35 weeks when I did some exercises to have her move in position and BOOM it worked! now she is head down 😊 try looking up on YouTube my doctor told me to get on all fours with with your chest touching the ground and stay there for like 5 min everyday and see if it works
Yes! The EVC was incredibly painful... And I've had two natural childbirths, my first being over 9 lbs. but I'm thinking since your baby shouldn't be quite that big yet maybe it won't be so bad? Wishful thinking. But stay strong and you can do it!!!
Thanks I'm hoping and praying it works 😘 was turning the baby what was more painful than childbirth?
they basically press on your stomach trying to move the baby. @suresti
