I'm having double vision my moms and nurse and took my bp its 84/56 and my head is killing me, any suggestions?

I'm ok, they told me to rest & drink plenty of water (which I drink like a gallon a day) I love water, and my midwife said my iron is low

I called the nurse that night she told me to go in my bp was 84/56

drink something with a little sugar in it. that's what my doctor makes me do to get it going up a little

I've drank about 8 bottles of water today I know I'm not dehydrated
