Can't Keep no Food Down. stomach is hurting on the right side, having alot of pain & pressure down there. & Horrible back pain. should I go see a doctor? . I'm worried.

I have horrible pelvic pain and pressure. I am laying down and am constantly getting sharp pains down there! Any remedies to make this pain go away?
