Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Flour
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder
• 2 Tsp Sugar
• 1 Egg *Beated*
• 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 2 Tbsp Butter *Melted*
• 40 Blueberries *1/2 Cup*
Instructions:
1- Preheat over to 375 degrees F.
2- Spray donut hole pan with nonstick spray. Whisk together flour, baking powder and sugar.
3- Stir together egg, vanilla, milk and butter. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
4- Fill each hole 2/3 full and press 2 blueberries in each cavity.
5- Bake 12 minutes then flip each hole and bake for 3 more minutes.
6- Serve with syrup, glazed or dusted in powdered sugar if desired.
