I have a question for mommas that had braxton Hicks in their pregnancy all day every day (I have a braxton Hick every 3-4 minutes and have been sinse 24 weeks so someone similar) I need advice

I wouldn't have them all day but some days I'd have them more often and for more than 3 mins at a time. They've subsided now in my 36th week

all day every day. and the docs say its the braxton Hicks. I'm still completely closed and I'm 40 weeks and 1 day today @martinajjones

I have and still do mine are down to 2-3 minutes apart for 5 weeks now
Not with this pregnancy but with my 3yo
