I had a friend who had a portable potty for her son when they went on long trips. She loved it! They worked out a routine that when he said he had to go, he just had to wait up to 4 minutes for her to find a place to stop so they could use it.

I have one that my daughter used (now 4) and my son has now (he's 2) it really is for emergency cases. We travel a lot and sometimes on long trips they can't wait until we got to a rest stop so this was a life saver. It also opens up to become a potty topper for public toilets. It really is genius. We just took it cherry picking with us in case someone had to go while out in the fields :) highly recommend it!

My mom had one of these for me when I was little. Only used it on long vacation rides.

I don't think I'd want that in my vehicle. then they might think it's okay to potty in anyone's vehicle
