I was just woken up by a sharp cramp-like stabbing pain in the middle of my back on the left side. I got up to go pee (bc I had to anyway) and then I turned on my heating pad. 5 minutes with the heating pad on it made the pain go away. Any ideas what this could have been? I was thinking a muscle spasm but is was so strange to wake up to it.

Thanks @kingryansmom I'll call the doc's office in the morning and see what they say. I hate when things happen at night and I can't call right away!

So I woke up today to a HUGE pain in my lower back but only on my left side that was accompanied by a pain of period cramps. I've never had a pain that bad.. I sat up and laid down and it wouldn't go away. Could I be going into labor?
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
