lost my plug today and keep having a tightening sensation in my belly. I'm don't know if they're bh or the real deal. not really painful, just noticeable.

if they get painful and 5-10 mins apart id say go get checked out just in case but losing it isn't always a indication of labor because it can grow back
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️

If the contractions go away while you're up walking around, it's false labor.. If they continue, it's the real deal! :)
